How it works
We map where you sell and where you owe, and register where needed.
Sales data from your POS or store connects to the return; we file and pay on schedule.
If audited, we take over communication, prepare the records and challenge the auditor's sampling where it is wrong.
If the result is unfair, we file the petition and represent you in the appeals conference.
Questions we hear most
I got a CDTFA audit notice. What now?
Do not send records yet. Call us. We sign a power of attorney, request the audit plan, and organize the records so the auditor sees a complete, consistent set. Most assessments come from bad sampling, not bad businesses.
Do I owe sales tax in other states?
If your sales into a state exceed its threshold (commonly $100,000 or 200 transactions a year), yes. Marketplaces often collect for you; direct sales you must handle. We check each state.
