How it works
Send us the letter. We tell you what it means, the deadline, and what we would do.
Form 2848 puts us between you and the IRS. Calls and letters come to us.
We pull transcripts, quantify the real exposure and propose the cheapest compliant path.
We negotiate, file, and confirm in writing that the matter is closed.
Questions we hear most
Are you licensed to represent me before the IRS?
Yes. Our practitioners are federally licensed by the U.S. Treasury with unlimited practice rights before the IRS, the same as CPAs and attorneys, in every state. For criminal tax matters we refer you to a tax attorney.
What is a realistic outcome for back taxes?
Most cases end with the missing returns filed, penalties reduced, and a monthly payment plan you can afford. Offers in compromise are real but only for taxpayers who meet the IRS's financial tests; we run the calculation before you pay us for one.
How much does audit representation cost?
Correspondence audits are usually a flat fee; office and field audits are quoted after the free case review. We do not charge by the hour without a cap.
