TLR has served clients since 2013. Thirteen years later we are still one office in Santa Ana, staffed by federally licensed tax professionals, serving small businesses, startups and individuals across the country — in English and Turkish.

We keep businesses and individuals compliant with federal and state tax law — books, payroll, sales tax, returns — and we represent them when something goes wrong. Because the same team does both, our clients rarely need the second part.
Our practitioners are licensed by the U.S. Treasury after examination on tax law, with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS in every state. Two of the team also hold graduate degrees in business and taxation, which shapes how we plan.

Principal & Owner · Santa Ana, CAI lead TLR, a firm that has served small businesses and individuals since 2013. I acquired it to give owner-run companies the kind of tax and accounting oversight larger companies take for granted: clean books, audit-ready records and someone licensed to speak to the IRS. My work centers on compliance, IRS issue resolution and building financial systems that let owners make decisions with confidence.

Senior Tax Specialist · Santa Ana, CAI represent individuals and businesses in IRS audits, collections and appeals, and prepare complex corporate and partnership returns. I hold a law degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation, which I use for research and analysis of technically difficult tax questions.
