How it works
We ask about owners, residency, revenue expectations and plans. We recommend LLC vs. S-Corp vs. C-Corp and which state — in writing.
You sign electronically. We file with the state, apply for the EIN and prepare the governing documents.
Bank-account readiness letter, bookkeeping setup, payroll if you will pay yourself, and your compliance calendar.
Optional monthly plan covers annual reports, franchise tax, minutes and your tax return.
Questions we hear most
LLC or S-Corp?
An LLC is a legal wrapper; S-Corp is a tax election. Most owner-operators start as an LLC and elect S-Corp once net profit passes roughly $50–60k, when payroll-tax savings exceed the extra cost of payroll and a separate return. We run the numbers for you.
Delaware, Wyoming or California?
If you live and work in California, you owe California franchise tax no matter where you form, so forming elsewhere usually adds cost. Delaware makes sense when you plan to raise venture capital. Non-resident founders with no US presence often choose Wyoming or Delaware. We will tell you which applies.
How long does it take?
California LLC: typically 3–7 business days. EIN: same day for US residents, 2–6 weeks by fax for non-residents without an SSN. We start the EIN process the day the state approves.
Can I do this from another country?
Yes. Everything is remote. We handle the EIN without an SSN, the ITIN through our IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent, and a US mailing address if you need one.
