If you’re not sure which loan servicer you have you can log on the website StudentAid.gov or  contact toll-free the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1-800-4-FED-AID  (1-800-433-3243 or The TTY is 1-800-730-8913).

You can download your tax 1098-E form from the website of your servicer. It is not possible to download your 1098-E from StudentAid.gov.

Students can access their 1098-T through their Student Portal. To retrieve, log in to your Student Portal. Click on Resources>Business Office>Retrieve Your 1098-T. If a student isn’t qualified for a 1098-T then they will be notified via an email stating reasons why they might not be qualified.
